Responsibilities:
- Interaction with external clients (hotels abroad who use a special application to administer their rates and hotel information)
- Document and report issues on a technical and business level;
- Ensure that issues are quickly identified and effectively resolved;
- Perform administrative task to maintain and update internal reporting and/or procedures through internal tools;
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English;
- Next to English Support Agent should talk one of the following languages at excellent level: Spanish, German, French, Italian;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to understand both technical and business aspects of travel/hotel products;
- Background in the travel/hotel industry is an advantage;
