Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with external clients (hotels abroad who use a special application to administer their rates and hotel information)
  • Document and report issues on a technical and business level;
  • Ensure that issues are quickly identified and effectively resolved;
  • Perform administrative task to maintain and update internal reporting and/or procedures through internal tools;

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English;
  • Next to English Support Agent should talk one of the following languages at excellent level: Spanish, German, French, Italian;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to understand both technical and business aspects of travel/hotel products;
  • Background in the travel/hotel industry is an advantage;
