Own Hotel Booking Engine
allows your hotel to show prices and availability in real time which you will load using a user friendly web based tool. Consumers don’t like using email forms and if your hotel site doesn’t have online booking you are losing customers. In addition we integrate Google Maps and Satellite to show where your hotel is located and is accurate within 3 meters

Hotel Availability Management System
allows you to load your hotel room types, room availability and prices to be used by the Hotel Booking engine over an XML interface. In addition, phone and email bookings can be captured by your reservation agent directly into the system, storing your customers contact (email and phone), billing and other relevant information. Both the own Hotel booking engine and the Availability management system work against the same room availability. The feature rich Availability management system supports also seasonal prices, promotions, sold out dates.

Hotel Booking Engine in Other Cities Worldwide
allows your customers to book hotels in any city in the World using our Global Source Hotel Platform. The city where your hotel is located will be blacklisted in order not to have competing hotels on your site in the same city. If your hotel is located in Athens, only your hotel will be displayed for Athens but we will display significant hotel content in other cities around the world. Your Hotel will receive 5% commission for each hotel booking purchased on your Hotel Booking Engine in Other Cities Worldwide using our Global Source Hotel Platform.

Air Booking Engine
allows your customers to book airline tickets on your hotel site. You spend a lot of money on marketing your website and when someone finds your site and is interested in booking but wants to book airline tickets first and they go to Expedia or another online travel site to book their air, you will lose the customer because Expedia or the travel site will offer and sell them a different hotel. In addition to not losing the investment you made in marketing your site and selling your rooms, you will earn 3 Euro for each airline ticket sold on your site. Airline reservations are handled by our customer care department. Your Air Booking Engine is translated into more than 20 languages. The more than 700 airlines in our system include both scheduled and low cost carriers and provide special prices that are only available from the country of departure. Airline ticket prices can be different for the same flights based on the country the ticket is purchased. For example an airline ticket from New York to Athens is usually cheaper when purchased in the US compared to an Agency in Greece or another country. These fares are known in the airline and travel agency business as market fares. In the next 12 months we will include airline ticket prices from our travel agency partners in more than 30 countries. This unique inbound airline ticket model is necessary on a hotel site because a hotel typically generates 70% of their customers from other countries outside their home country and therefore your customers can find the least expensive airfares in their own language.

Package Booking Engine with only your hotel plus Air
and displays one price for the combined products. This module allows you to sell your distressed inventory and dump prices without showing your customers, travel agents or tour operator partners the price you are selling rooms. The price of your room rates can be different then the price in the Hotel Booking Engine module. Once you get the customer to stay at your hotel you can up-sell them to a nicer room once they are at the hotel as well as generate revenue from restaurant, bar, parking, Internet and other services. If the customer comes back to your city and has enjoyed their stay at your hotel they will most likely return and pay normal rates. When a package is purchased our customer care department charges the customers credit card the entire amount of the package and we pay you for the hotel accommodation portion of the transaction. We make hotel payments twice per month so if a customer books 1 or 2 months in advance you will have your money in advance of customer check in/out and this can provide you a significant amount of cash flow. By providing lower prices in the Package Booking Engine module you can have different and stricter cancelation policies then you do when selling hotel only and this is an additional reason to provide lower prices when selling packages.

We provide local and toll free phone numbers in 40 different countries, in addition to Skype calls, which transfers to our Customer Care Center. This makes it convenient for your customers to make reservations and you will have access anytime via the web to the Property Management System Lite.
